ACOB Lighting Technology Limited: Bridging the Energy Gap Within and Beyond Nasarawa State
ACOB Lighting Technology Limited continues to champion access to clean and sustainable energy across Nigeria. This commitment was further emphasized during the official visit of the Managing Director of the Rural Electrification Agency (REA), Engr. Abba Aliyu, to the Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, at the Governor’s Lodge in Asokoro, Abuja.
Joined by ACOB’s CEO, Mr. Alexander Obiechina, Engr. Aliyu highlighted the progress of ongoing renewable energy projects facilitated through REA’s collaboration with private sector developers like ACOB. Discussions focused on expanding energy access, strengthening public-private partnerships, and driving increased investment in Nigeria’s renewable energy ecosystem.
A key milestone under this partnership is the successful completion of ACOB’s 1.15MWp solar hybrid mini-grid, powering five rural communities in Nasarawa State and demonstrating ACOB’s unwavering commitment to bridging the energy gap within and beyond the state.
