The 40 kWp Hybrid Solar Mini-Grid installation delivered by ACOB Lighting Technology Limited in the Ajegunle community, Ovia South-West LGA of Edo State in the South-South region of Nigeria, is part of our expanding portfolio of distributed renewable energy assets designed to enable energy security, economic development, and long-term sustainability across Nigeria.

Through this project, over 3,504 beneficiaries now have access to clean electricity. Its implementation created 95 direct jobs and over 35 indirect jobs, advancing local employment and technical capacity development within the host community.

Generating an estimated 58,400 kWh annually, the system significantly reduces the dependence on diesel- and petrol-powered generators. This transition avoids approximately 30.95 tonnes of CO₂ emissions every year, contributing to Nigeria's climate action and sustainability goals.
