This role involves planning, managing, and optimizing the deployment process, including design, construction, and commissioning. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in solar PV systems and a hands-on approach to field deployment.

This role requires a deep understanding of solar project development, technical expertise in solar systems design, and experience in managing the engineering aspects of mini-grid, micro-grid and large-scale solar installations. Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the project is technically sound, financially feasible, and compliant with all regulatory and safety standards.

As a Junior Solar Engineer, you will assist in the design, planning, and implementation of solar PV projects, including residential, commercial, and utility-scale systems. Working closely with a team, you will contribute to the technical assessment, project documentation, and site installation processes to ensure systems meet quality and performance standards.
