Day Two of the ACOB Retreat was a moment of deep reflection, alignment, and strategic clarity.
A consultant-led session on Who We Are and What We Stand For challenged the team to reconnect with ACOB’s core identity, values, and purpose — reinforcing the foundation on which our vision is built.
This was followed by an engaging SWOT analysis, where strengths were affirmed, weaknesses acknowledged, opportunities explored, and threats examined with honesty and openness. The discussion fostered collaboration, critical thinking, and shared responsibility for growth and improvement.
The day concluded with a comprehensive 2025 performance review, comparing targets against actual outcomes. Successes were celebrated, missed opportunities examined, and challenges openly discussed, providing valuable insights to strengthen future strategies.
Day Two reminded us that progress is powered by clarity, reflection, and collective commitment.
